HA.  Mails from internet fail when one hub is down
Hello, I have a problem with this HA configuration: One domain. One site. One Edge Transport server. Name:EDGE Two Hub Tranports severs (with CA and MBX roles installed too). Names: HUB1 and HUB2. (I have configured SCR from HUB1 two HUB2 too). I created the edge subscrition in EDGE and inported it to HUB1. I verified that the send connectors are created fine and I created manually accepted domains. When both Hub Transports are power on, all mail flow from internet and to internet is correct (and SCR is healthly), but when I shut down HUB2 (only when I shut down HUB2), the mail flow from internet to intranet fails (from intranet to internet goes well). I can see the mails from internet in EDGE's queue. I don't know the reason why this mails are not sent to HUB1. Thanks PabloPablo Viqueira MCITP/MCTS

Hi Pablo, You mentioned the mails were in Edges queue. Could you please let us know the queue name and the last error? Please run get-queue |fl and let us know the result. Meanwhile, please run Exbpa and see if it can give your some clues. If there is related event error in event log, please paste here. Thanks, Elvis

Thanks Elvis,Isolved dthe problem, finally the problem was that I had created a custom "Externally Secured" receive connector only in HUB1. This receive connector included the IP of the EDGE and the authentication didnt contain Exchange Server authentication. When I excluded the IP of the EDGE in this custom connector, all mail flow from EDGE to HUB was successful. Regards PabloPablo Viqueira MCITP/MCTS
